I arranged with Myra to meet at the Rose and Crown in Buckhead, a fine drinking establishment that serves Newcastle on tap, as well as a variety of other amber beverages. Myra hadn't arrived when I got there and I ended up talking to some guy. Later Myra arrived and we had a jolly good Newcastle-quaffing time.

Later in the evening, Myra and I went across to Fado Fado for a pint of Guiness (and a change of scenery).

Finally, it was time for me to go home (I couldn't drink any more beer), so I found myself a taxi and headed bed-wise. Unfortunately, when I arrived back at the apartment, I realised that I had forgotten the swipe card to get in the gate, and I couldn't remember the code for the pedestrian gate. So I jumped the fence, fell badly, and bruised my heel. Very painful. I couldn't walk properly for several weeks afterwards.

Dinner Party at Herb's for Lori's birthday

Hung over and limping, I make the drive out to Herb's place for a terrific meal to celebrate Lori's 24th birthday.

Moved in to my new apartment in Midtown.

Saw Elizabeth at the Tara Cinema with Lori. Afterwards, we went back to her place and watched Leonardo and Clair as Romeo + Juliet. This was a really well made film, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
